I contributed to the core modules of Snapp, a large, high-complexity codebase that serves 43M+ users.
- Decoupled by design. Fully independent modules with no cross-dependencies, using Dependency Inversion and the Mediator pattern so communication stays contract-based and teams can work in parallel.
- Shared across apps. Built cross-app features reused by the Passenger and Driver apps, managed through feature flags.
- Consistent UI. A central library of reusable UI components to enforce design-system consistency.
- Safe modernisation. Refactored and migrated legacy components into the new architecture with zero impact on user experience, and fixed critical edge-case bugs to improve stability.
